I cried and cried 

Finally, my tears are dry

No one saw my tears, no one saw my face, no one saw my heart

I kept on crying for him

He never looked at me, 

He proved me right for one thing, 

My doubt was right in the beginning

Don't listen to your heart 

It will leave you broken and tear apart again and again

Emotions fade away with time

He left without saying a word

I kept on wondering what went wrong

One day I realized nothing was wrong 

I just made a wrong choice

I wasted my time and tears for a person who never deserved

Now I learned not to be vulnerable 

Never drop your walls, you are responsible for yourself

Don't keep the heart open, it is not for granted

You are digging a grave for yourself

Later don't blame anyone for breaking your heart 

As you have given this right to someone

Don't let emotions control you

You are meant to control your emotions.
